Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1. Advance/Initial Payment:

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes clients may need to reconsider their decision. Therefore, any advance or initial payment made to KANHA-ASHU TECH is refundable within 24 hours from the transaction date.

1.2. Non-Refundable Funds

Beyond the initial 24 hours, the funds become non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the project's status, ensuring clarity for both parties involved.
After 24 hours The funds can only be refundable if there is any error or fault from our side, but only after reviewing the whole circumstances. The Services which require Investments (Software, external help, APIs, Or Platforms) are charged.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation within 24 Hours

Clients have the flexibility to cancel a project within the initial 24 hours of making the initial payment without incurring additional charges. We believe this provides a reasonable window for clients to reassess their needs and make decisions accordingly.

2.2. Cancellation After 24 Hours

If a client decides to cancel a project or break's the contract after the initial 24 hours of transaction, then the payment is non-refundable and client will be charged a penalty / inconvenience fee amount of ₹500 extra. .

2.3. Inconvenience Fees

To cover administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation, a fixed inconvenience fee of ₹500 will be applied, unless specified otherwise in the contract between KANHA-ASHU TECH and the client.

3. Conditions

3.1. Refund Processing Time

We aim to process any applicable refunds promptly. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation date, ensuring a smooth and transparent financial transaction.

3.2. Communication

Clients are required to communicate their cancellation request in writing to , providing relevant details to expedite the processing of the request.

3.3. Contractual Agreements

In cases where specific cancellation terms are outlined in the contract between KANHA-ASHU TECH and the client, those terms will take precedence over the general policy. We encourage clients to thoroughly review and discuss any contractual details before engaging in a project.

4.1. Force Majeure

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as acts of nature or events beyond the control of either party. In such cases, the refund and cancellation policy may be subject to review, and we will work with clients to find reasonable solutions.
